I just came home from Walmart. I was buying either Kashi or Cascadian Farms. I though, "Hmm, let me just see what the difference between these and the Great Value brand are..." Ethanol and shellac! I came home and searched, "Ethanol and shellac in food?" And found this. Travis, Fiber One may have changed their ingredients to make sure they could continue to sell their product, but Great Value has taken their place putting strange ingredients in their discount food. And half the people are none the wiser. The Kashi and Cascadian Farms shelves were full. There were only two or three boxes left of the nasty bars. I wanted to scream in the middle of Walmart. People don't know they're eating this stuff or that it's bad! Sigh. Oh my gosh! I just came home from Walmart. I was buying either Kashi or Cascadian Farms.
